Floorplans can help speed up the due diligence process for any potential commercial building purchase. Make sure you know what you are buying! Where did the figures the seller is supplying come from? Are they Rentable figures? Or Gross Building Area? Are they in compliance with ANSI/BOMA? Which version? Does the sellers rent roll agree with our Lease Analysis? Watch for wording in existing leases, they often refer to non-standard methods (which of course we can determine as well).
