In addition to basic floorplan detail, we can optionally locate and show all electrical outlets and switches, data and telephone jacks, electrical and telecommunications panels. These are symbolized and shown on the Floorplans, with an accompanying legend.

Along with the basic Floorplans, we can also prepare a plan of your ceilings, showing ceiling grids, as well as all lighting, ventilation outlets and sprinkler heads.

Elevations

If we've prepared floorplans and reflected ceiling plans, then the preparation of simple elevation drawings is straightforward.

With every project, you will receive a CD containing the final CAD drawings. We will retain copies indefinitely for future updates, but here at we believe you should have your own copies. Prints and plots are great, but if you ever need additional design work prepared, then you will need the CAD file. Or if you want a copy of our Floorplan integrated with your F/M system, a CAD file is the solution. Available in DWG or DXF format, any release, compatible with any CAD system, on any platform.
