All field operators carry a small lightweight pen-tablet computer, with a Bluetooh wireless link to the laser Disto. We are constantly researching new technologies in this area, to ensure our operators have the most efficient field systems with which to perform their field surveys. We have chosen the Fujitsu Lifebook P1620 notebook/pen-tablet as our system of choice, clearly the industry leader in this technology. The Lifebook is small and lightweight (approx 2 lbs!), yet is packed with all the performance features you'd expect in a typical desktop system. When combined with the intuitive pen-interface, plus the built-in wireless bluetooth-connection to the laser, this makes for a truly state-of-the-art field data entry system.

Of course a fancy pen-tablet and laser Disto by themselves will not produce an As-Built floorplan. The key component tying this technology together is our custom-developed software.....the LTS System!
