Floorplan only, ideal for CAD backgrounds. Based on laser-accurate field survey. Gross area calculations only (ie non-BOMA).
Benefits Include:
- CAD model shows all walls (with actual as-measured thickness), doors, windows (including sills, mullions, glass), elevators, stairwells/treads, ramps, columns, plumbing fixtures and built-in millwork.
- Layered to your standards, or our default (National CAD Standards).
- Paper-space layouts prepared as well, typical letter or tabloid size. Useful as proofs, supplied in PDF format.
- Photo keymap PDF prepared as well showing location/direction of all digital photos included.
- CAD files always included on CD, (AutoCAD, any version) for subsequent design work.
- Graphic files always included as well, typically PDF, but TIFF, JPG also available.
- Digital photos also included on CD.
- Enlargement plots optional, to any scale.
