As-Built Floorplan + Lease Plan

Includes the As-Built with all its features and benefits, but additionally includes a complete analysis of your building, typically to the latest ANSI/BOMA Standards. Common areas & tenant spaces colorized and clearly documented. Provided in bound LASERtech® Building Report, including CD with CAD and print files (PDFs typically).

Industrial / Warehouse Buildings

Floorplans and lease plans can be prepared for any building type, with the same degree of accuracy and level of detail. Area analysis typically will include breakdowns of warehouse, office, and mezzanine storage areas.

Paper-CAD Conversions

Do you have blueprints or paper drawings, but need them in electronic CAD format? We offer full paper-to-CAD conversion service for ANY drawings. All are manually converted (no scanning), ensuring true and accurate electronic drawings. Priced typically from $100-$200 per full size sheet, depending on coverage.

Options

With any Floorplan, in addition to basic as-built data, we can collect additional data such as electrical, telephone and data jacks, fire safety features, and reflective ceiling layouts. Individual suite drawings are also available, customized to meet your requirements. Plans can be provided in virtually any format, from hardcopy to electronic.
